History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mehen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Braak was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Braak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Braak and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
