His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'7" when asserting himself. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length red hair. Her ears are large.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sarah will drive conversation. Sarah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarah. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She got into the Fisher business at a young age. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He very much looks the part of a Ruler. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
