History: Born in the west to a Bather, Skirt learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bather, and she later adopted a second son.
