During her travels, Jo and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Jo discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second daughter.
