Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thervan embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by her family.
