History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His hair is long and silver with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his small red hat.

Personality: Howard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Howard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Howard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
