Description: He usually wears his grey robe and has his halberd always slung over his shoulder. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born in a small island village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a whip on his belt. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He has no hair. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cressel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and expand his business

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His yellow eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Cask was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Cask reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has worked as a Map Maker like his mother before him.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
