Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Wiggan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.

He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.
