History: Balam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.
