History: Scrag was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and violet handkerchief worn on her left side. She keeps her long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Andraste was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
