History: Gifted from a young age, Liftrasa studied abroad. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Bilga has worked very hard to control her curse. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
