History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paymon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She keeps her gold crest in a pixie cut. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

He prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. He has no crest. He has red eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Nadarr hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Nadarr alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Her red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She tends to her Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and to be a fletcher again

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Locksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pog fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
