His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Astar was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born into a rich family. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Scribe. She now mingles about in high society.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Hunter job and began his own company from there.
