Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Aerdeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and wants to work out more often

History: Born to a Bellfounder, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Havilar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Havilar. Being a Shoemaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
