History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears green trousers with brown and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
