History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Left-Handed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Left-Handed liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Urshar is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and regain custody of her daughter
