She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. A true patriot, Tomph would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Wiggens reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
