He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Galinndan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
