Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Neega was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Emerald hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
