Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Richard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Broce is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Broce studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Broce and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
