Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is a Shoemaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things
