Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Peren enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. History: Mordai lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is content
