Description: Standing 6'3", this man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his kukri with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Andram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Sumnes never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Umpen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Banker for hire.
