He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Greethen hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: Malmûg is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Malmûg and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
