History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Stylist, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Art liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
