Description: He is a husky man, who wears a brown shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His brown hair is still thick. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
