Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was born in the north. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He wears dull black sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed club, just in case. He carries a battered morningstar and tarnished club as well. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. He has a dull look in his white eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Therai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a yellow collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She works hard and plays hard.
History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Being a Barber kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and seeks redemption
