History: He was born in a small plains village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the south to a Priest, Ootah learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Ootah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ootah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Ratlûg wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Ratlûg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ratlûg decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
