Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
