History: The child of a Engraver, who enjoyed hunting, Althaea was taken on many hunting expeditions. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Kite took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has never given up on her writing dream.
