History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Eiravel alone in the world. History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wishes to resurrect an old love

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.
