History: Wiggens was born the youngest of three triplets. Wiggens liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Burto isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
