History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Server born in the past three hundred years. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Kaius fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
