History: Ruloth was born the youngest of three triplets. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bellfounder for hire.
