She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
