History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rathkran was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She was born into a rich family. Through the years after Thea was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thea's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
