History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arannis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To be a Cook again; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Assassin, but she was a colossal failure. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gillyd was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Gillyd took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
