Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Rhogar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rhogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Eldon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eldon decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
