Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Claira alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has worked as a Mercenary like her mother before her.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'5". He very much looks the part of a Dyer, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against goblins

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Galinndan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor
