History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roge isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cloak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Personality: She is fixated on the number 2. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and to be a glassblower again
