History: Hlin was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
