Description: Standing 5'3", this woman wears a blue tunic with tan highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Birel hails from a village terrorized by goblins. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die.
