History: Born in the north to a Farmer, Ghaliver learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Farmer. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She now owns her own business.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is portly but not overly obese. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and balancing his hectic life and new apothecary responsibilities is difficult
