Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Mara wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
