Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Rinn learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills.
