Personality: Helja hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Helja hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Engraver, and she later adopted a second son.
