Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a black tunic with blue highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Silgre was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Silgre grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Silgre. Being a Mason kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears tan trousers with white and violet striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her black hair is knotted and matted. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Panana never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
