History: Gifted from a young age, Saphara studied abroad. Saphara was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spice Merchant. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Nella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Barkeep, but she got bored and became a Brewer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
