Personality: Balimaar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Balimaar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Chay alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
