History: Pelt was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: Born to a Seamstress, her father struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
